Description: Substantive policy statements are written expressions which inform the general public of an agency's current approach to administrative rule or regulation practice. Substantive policy statements are advisory only. They are filed with the Public Services Division, published in the Arizona Administrative Register and are a public record.

Appointments, governor appointments to boards/commissions [Filing]
Description:
The Arizona Constitution defines the basic qualification for appointment to a state board or commission as: an individual must be a resident of Arizona and be at least 18 years of age. Most boards have more specific requirements that are described in the legislation or executive order by which they were created. Once appointed these records are filed with our office and published in the Arizona Administrative Register in the Semi Annual Index (published twice a year).
